Do you say it's bad to reading a book because children don't play outside and get worse of insight?
many people say that computer is one of the great inovation in human history. we can do reading,writhing,working effectivly, especially access to another world you can want to go  using internet.
do you really want to prohibit the required invention for children?
some people say it's bad effect phisically and reduce the chance to mental experience using various sense.
it is definitely correct to play lots of outdoor is very important in childhood. and also i know using computer cause phisical disease for children . but these problem is result of overuse of a computer. what is good to overuse?

 Therfore, the reason of bad effect is lack of self-control, not a measure. we can't deny to use computer for all of your life. so giving them a habit to restraint overuse a computer, the side effect is almost solved.
there is many systems for this like shut down which is shut down to use internet over midtime. one of the useful treatment is to make pc for children that lead them right use a computer. many kindergaten buy this pc,it selled 2000 per monty in 2009.

 Second,it can be a fitted person in society easily to know how to use the computer in childhood.
the programs which is for adult is used by middle student even elemantary student and they can easy to control digital contents,experts say. some research say that seven internet and online game which is sensitive part of permiting to use computer also inhence the ability of reading,communication and problem-solving.

 Human has been adapted to inconstant surroundings. we can't deny to use a computer in information based society. if children learned how to balance their desires to use computer and activity,it would get not only fulfiled mental energy,but also get a ticket to explore beyond the real world whaere they are.
