i decieded to do homework and also write something more for improving my English skills.
but it's too tough than i expected. i have always written essays untill the due dates painfully. also i hoped to makes friends in my class. actually, i had some friends in the winter English class and it was so fun chatting each other in Enlish outside of class and Univ. for a long time. so i wanted to do so like that. but this time was not easy to do.
there were some senior students who were busy to do graduation project. furthermore, this class is not conversation class, we have little chance to talk each other that i couldn't match the name and face. so sorry to my classmates.

although i felt wistfulness during this semester,it was really precious and means a lot for me. because this was the last english class in my Univ. and  had a graduation exhibition and the last time as a student. so i tried to do my best without frustration and stress.

and the last winter vacation comes. i'd like to have a time to remind my school life and to the future. i hope you guys spend this vacation the most meaningful for youself.

p.s: i had wanted to talk to hunter about homework, English stuff and any person to person conversation. i like that- long real relationship!!
but what a lazy girl i was..i hesitated to do with fear. then times up..

summary &response - who rise the energy price?

the committee on climate changes says that green policies would add 110 to bills per household in the UK, 2020
some people had claime that because of investment in green energy, energy bills is getting increase.
and it would be rise the average bill to astronomical levels
CCC said average dual fuel energy bills showed an increase of 455 over the six years 2004 to 2010
but 80% of this is due to increase cost of gas price like increing in bills over the past few years have been largely due to higher wholesale gas cost.
and CCC chairman lory adair turner said that they anticipate a rise of around 100 in the average bill as a result of
investment in low-carbon power capacity, then it will benefit the UK in the long run(BBC.12.2011 http://www.bbc.co.uk/)
gas price is relate with political connection, so who knows to increase the price of gas is for increase the investment market of green energy and share the advantages with related companys and countries.
but as a ordinary citizen, it's not a good news to pay more for unexpected future. so i think the cost by investment of green energy have to be gained in other way not a tax of increase average bill.
if not, some people dislike to do something sustainable action for the future because of disadvantage right now.
